You simply save the URL or email the URL to yourself per the instructions and you can use that to come back to the interview right where you left off. Absolutely, you can do your research online and put something together on your own. Let’s face it though, it’ll take longer than 30 minutes to do that and you’ll likely give up along the way. Updates and Changes
The final plan will have some space for you to add handwritten notes and minor updates. Some customers attach additional detail such as a draft of their obituary and sensitive information that we do not collect during the interview process such as account numbers. As time passes, you may want to formally update your plan. Discounts may be available to past customers.
Since we do not require user accounts, customers cannot directly make updates; however, we will make up to 3 adjustments or edits to your custom plan for up to 5 business days after purchase. Beyond that, we will charge a reduced fee to make changes or create a new plan. Details for requesting updates are included with the delivery of your custom Exit Plan.
